Maintenance Technician - Hamilton, MI Up to $40/hour | 3rd Shift | Full-Time Why join? Join a growing manufacturing company offering up to $40/hour for an experienced Maintenance Technician looking to build a long-term career. This is an excellent opportunity to work a four-day work week while supporting advanced manufacturing equipment in a stable production environment. Key responsibilities & Requirements Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Diagnose equipment failures and respond quickly to minimise downtime Support production by ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently Complete maintenance documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives Previous industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment required Strong hands-on electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills required Benefits Up to $40/hour (including shift premium) Four-day work week (Monday-Thursday) Paid training on day shift before transitioning to 3rd shift Stable, long-term career opportunity Growth and development opportunities
