Job Description
We are seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician for an apartment community in the Roseville / Warren / Harper Woods, MI area. This role will also require travel between properties within 10 miles of each other. Responsibilities Perform regular property maintenance and repairs. Prepare apartment units for move-in. Complete maintenance work involving plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and appliance repair. Support HVAC-related maintenance as needed; HVAC experience is helpful. Qualifications At least 1 year of maintenance experience. Strong interpersonal skills. Basic computer skills. Own tools and reliable vehicle required. Certifications in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical work are appreciated.
