We collaborate with manufacturers, OEMs, distributors, and integrators across multiple locations to provide comprehensive contractor support for all facets of their facilities. Overview We are seeking a dynamic Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician with OT (overtime) availability to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, utilizing a broad skill set to maintain and troubleshoot complex industrial equipment. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in industrial maintenance, electrical and mechanical systems, and possess excellent troubleshooting skills to ensure optimal plant operations. Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment, including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and HVAC systems. Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems using schematics, blueprints, and engineering troubleshooting techniques. Operate and maintain specialized tools such as ammeters, ohmmeters, precision measuring instruments, and welding equipment. Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to document work orders, track maintenance history, and manage inventory. Conduct equipment diagnostics using PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), electrical blueprint reading, and analysis skills to identify root causes of issues. Support industrial mechanic activities including hydraulics, pneumatics, HVAC/R systems, and welding processes. Assist with technical sales support by providing expertise on equipment repair and maintenance solutions when needed. Requirements Proven experience in manufacturing facilities with a strong understanding of industrial maintenance practices. Hands-on experience with electrical diagnostics, troubleshooting electrical systems, and electrical blueprint reading. Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, HVAC/R systems, and the use of precision measuring instruments. Ability to read schematics and electrical blueprints accurately for troubleshooting and repairs. Familiarity with CMMS platforms for maintenance management. Skilled in equipment troubleshooting involving PLCs and engineering troubleshooting methods. Experience with welding ( welding preferred), electrical systems repair, and industrial electrician tasks. Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by industrial mechanic experience. Ability to operate scissor lifts safely and perform maintenance at various heights. Excellent analysis skills coupled with customer service orientation to support internal teams effectively. Proficiency in English communication; technical sales experience is a plus but not required.
