We're looking for a dependable Grounds & Property Maintenance Tech to maintain the appearance, safety, cleanliness, and general condition of multiple properties. This role performs outdoor groundskeeping, seasonal maintenance, basic handyman work, and property improvement tasks while working independently across assigned locations. What You'll Do Perform routine lawn care, including mowing, trimming, edging, and weed control. Maintain landscaping, flower beds, shrubs, and other outdoor areas. Remove snow and ice from sidewalks, driveways, parking areas, and entrances. Apply salt or ice melt as needed to maintain safe walking and driving areas. Remove trash, leaves, branches, and debris to keep properties clean and well maintained. Perform seasonal property cleanup and general grounds maintenance. Complete basic handyman and light maintenance work, including minor repairs and routine upkeep. Replace light bulbs, change filters, and tighten or replace hardware as needed. Assist with basic painting, pressure washing, cleaning, and property improvement projects. Inspect properties and identify maintenance or safety concerns requiring additional attention. Operate lawn mowers, weed trimmers, leaf blowers, snow blowers, and other basic maintenance equipment. Use hand tools and power tools appropriately when completing assigned maintenance work. Travel between multiple properties and complete work at assigned locations. Adjust daily work based on seasonal conditions, weather, and individual property needs. Assist with other property and maintenance-related duties as needed. Help keep assigned properties safe, functional, clean, and presentable throughout the year. What You'll Need Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, property maintenance, handyman, or similar experience is preferred. Basic knowledge of lawn equipment, hand tools, and power tools, along with the ability to work independently and manage daily tasks. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, with the ability to travel between assigned properties. Dependability and availability to respond to seasonal needs, including snow and ice events and occasional early mornings, evenings, or weekends. Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, bend, climb, and perform physical work for extended periods while working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
