Overview We are seeking dependable and dedicated individuals for the position of Hospitality Maintenance, with openings in Kalamazoo and Paw Paw. This role is ideal for candidates who take pride in their work, demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills, and can work independently with professionalism and integrity. Duties Perform routine maintenance and repairs to ensure the smooth operation of hospitality facilities. Troubleshoot various issues that arise within the property, identifying solutions efficiently and effectively. Work independently to complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Show up reliably and take ownership of your responsibilities, demonstrating professionalism at all times. Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas and tools. Assist with preventative maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment and infrastructure. Collaborate with team members when necessary, but primarily operate independently to meet daily operational needs. Qualifications Proven dependability with a strong work ethic; punctuality and reliability are essential. Prior experience or knowledge in maintenance, repair, or troubleshooting is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is valued. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining ethical conduct and professionalism. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently. Pride in your work and a commitment to quality service. Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately. Physical capability to perform maintenance tasks, including lifting, bending, and working in various environments. Pay:
$15.50 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week
