Job Description

Overview We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team, responsible for ensuring the optimal operation and maintenance of our facilities and equipment. This role requires a proactive individual with strong technical expertise, leadership qualities, and a commitment to safety and quality standards. The Maintenance Technician will perform a variety of tasks including troubleshooting, repairs, preventative maintenance, and facility upkeep to support continuous production and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Complete work orders for units and common areas. Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical issues. Perform apartment turnovers/make-readies (painting, drywall, flooring, fixtures, appliances) Perform preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment. Inspect grounds, buildings, and amenities for safety and upkeep. Maintain accurate service and maintenance records. Coordinate with vendors and contractors when needed. Follow all safety procedures and fair housing regulations. Provide professional and courteous service. Responsibilities Skills Strong working knowledge of: Plumbing, electrical, HVAC (basic to intermediate). Ability to prioritize and manage multiple work orders. Excellent communication skills in English for effective team collaboration and documentation. Ability to perform physical tasks. Ability to work independently. Customer service orientation with a focus on safety, quality, and operational excellence.
Pay:
$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
