Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician to help with upkeep of a residential apartment community. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of repair and maintenance tasks. This position offers an exciting opportunity in a dynamic residential setting. Duties o Follow up on work orders for apartment units and common areas to ensure safety standards are met. Perform repairs involving plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC units, appliances, and structural components. Conduct handyman tasks such as drywall repair, flooring installation, and carpentry to maintain property aesthetics. Perform basic maintenance tasks including HVAC servicing, electrical troubleshooting, and plumbing repairs. Prepare vacant units for new residents. Occasionally on call. Skills Needed Mechanical knowledge combined with experience in residential apartment maintenance Excellent customer service skills to effectively communicate with residents and team members. Basic knowledge of residential painting techniques and general handyman skills such as appliance/drywall repair and flooring installation.
