Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems Complete general apartment and property maintenance tasks Respond to work orders and resident service requests Support apartment turnovers and unit inspections Participate in an on-call rotation 1 week every 2 weeks Snow removal when neededWhat Were Looking For:
EPA certification preferred 2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience Valid driver's license and reliable transportationCompensation & Benefits:
- $21/Hour
- Annual salary increases
- Quarterly bonus incentives reaching up to $3,000 annually
- On-call bonus of $100 weekly plus minimum hourly guarantees for call-outs
