Full Job Description Job Description:

CJK Builders is seeking a dependable, skilled Handyman to handle a range of repair, maintenance, and improvement projects across residential and commercial properties. This role requires someone who can work independently, stay organized, and deliver consistent, high-quality results.

Responsibilities:

Perform general repairs and maintenance for residential and commercial properties Assemble, install, and repair various structures, fixtures, and equipment Conduct preventive maintenance and inspections as needed Ensure all work is completed to a high standard of safety and quality Communicate with clients in a professional manner and provide excellent customer service Accurately track time, materials, and project details

Qualifications:

Experience as a handyman, maintenance technician, or in construction trades preferred Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and equipment Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Valid driver's license and dependable transportation Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various conditions (indoor/outdoor, heights, etc.) Join us if you're eager to bring your hands-on skills to life in a role that's vital for maintaining safe and welcoming environments.
