In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe, functional, and welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. Your expertise in industrial maintenance, electrical systems, HVAC, hydraulics, and mechanical repairs will be essential to uphold our high standards of quality and safety. Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on hotel infrastructure, including HVAC/R systems, electrical wiring, plumbing, and mechanical equipment. Troubleshoot and repair issues related to heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), hydraulics, electrical systems (including high voltage), and mechanical components using schematics and precision measuring instruments. Operate specialized equipment such as scissor lifts and industrial tools to access hard-to-reach areas safely. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and generate detailed reports for management review. Conduct field service tasks involving industrial electrician work, low voltage systems, and the use of analysis tools like ammeters and ohmmeters. Collaborate with the engineering team to plan upgrades or renovations that enhance facility efficiency. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations, including proper handling of high voltage or low voltage electrical systems. Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests to minimize downtime and guest disruption. Support customer service efforts by addressing guest repair requests professionally and efficiently. Proven experience in industrial maintenance within manufacturing facilities or large-scale hospitality environments. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, schematics interpretation, and troubleshooting techniques. Hands-on experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), HVAC/R systems, hydraulics, and electrical systems including high voltage applications. Familiarity with CMMS software for maintenance tracking and reporting. Demonstrated ability to operate field service equipment such as scissor lifts safely. Industrial electrician experience is highly desirable, along with analysis skills using tools like ammeters and ohmmeters. Background in industrial mechanic roles or military technical service is advantageous. Excellent customer service skills combined with effective communication in English to liaise with team members and vendors effectively.
