Job Description

Open Availability is a must! This position is year round. Must be able to work weekends and holidays. Looking to hire an experienced maintenance person with background in hotel building maintenance and general building maintenance. You must include a resume with your application. This position must be able to work independently as well as with others. The maintenance position requires overall building maintenance knowledge and trouble shooting ability with skills in painting, HVAC, carpentry, equipment, and tool usage. Hotel Maintenance Workers provide an outstanding experience for our guests. Maintain the building by removing snow from the roofs and walkways as well as assisting guests with any queries. This is a physically demanding position involving manual labor, lifting, and operates in all weather conditions. Maintenance is responsible for the maintenance and repair of the physical building and all of its features, including: Day-to-day system operation and maintenance routines Preventive maintenance Minor and major repairs and improvements Support for other operating departments and guest activities Other duties as assigned Starting pay will be determined by relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
