Job Description
A growing company based out of East Lansing, MI. We are looking for a Property Maintenance Technician for our apartment complexes in the Marquette, MI area. Responsibility included but no limited to regular routine maintenance inspections, tenant work orders, assisting the manager or contractors. Have basic plumbing, electrical, hvac skills, know how to paint, drywall and have customer service skills. Looking for a person with good interpersonal skills and time management skills. Must have a vehicle and own tools. $18 per hour Please submit a resume for consideration!
