Facilities Maintenance Technician

Overview We are seeking a proactive and skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our facilities, and maintaining a safe and efficient environment. Duties Perform routine and preventive maintenance on facility equipment to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems using schematics, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools (preferred) Maintain facility infrastructure including plumbing, HVAC systems, lighting, and structural elements. (preferred) Assist with residential painting projects and other general upkeep tasks to enhance facility appearance. Experience Proven experience in facilities maintenance Mechanical knowledge including troubleshooting mechanical systems. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English across diverse teams. Pay:

$21.00 - $25.00 per hour
