Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians (Level
II & III
) to join our manufacturing team in Mason, MI. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment while supporting safe and efficient manufacturing operations. Responsibilities Perform mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting and repairs. Complete preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on production equipment. Read and interpret electrical schematics, equipment manuals, and work orders. Utilize hand tools, power tools, voltage meters, and measuring equipment. Follow Lockout/Tagout procedures and all company safety standards. Identify equipment issues and implement effective solutions. Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and work records. Support continuous improvement, quality standards, and operational goals. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. Automotive manufacturing experience preferred. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical repair. Experience reading electrical schematics and using multimeters. Basic welding experience (MIG, TIG, Arc, or Spot) preferred. Experience with robotics and automation systems is a plus. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods. Frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, and climbing. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
