Job Summary:
We are supporting a company seeking a dependable maintenance professional to help keep facilities operating safely, efficiently, and in good condition. Our team is looking for someone who can handle a broad range of hands-on building upkeep tasks, document work accurately in a CMMS, and deliver high-quality service in a professional environment.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine building maintenance and general repair activities throughout the facility. Complete painting, patching, drywall repair, and finishing work on walls, ceilings, doors, and other surfaces. Carry out basic plumbing, carpentry, door hardware, roof patching, exterior repair, and grounds maintenance tasks as assigned. Use hand tools, power tools, and a CMMS to receive assignments, update work orders, document completed work, and maintain accurate records.
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent. Basic knowledge of drywall repair, painting, plumbing, carpentry, and general building repairs. Ability to safely operate common hand tools and power tools. Basic computer skills and the ability to use a computer, tablet, or mobile device for work order updates and documentation. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, bend, kneel, and work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
