Stonegate Management is expanding it's Maintenance Team at it's Okemos location. The position comes with comprehensive benefits package available after 90 days. Qualifications:

1. Basic knowledge of apartment/building systems and maintenance preferred. 2. Positive attitude and good verbal and written communication skills. 3. The ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with residents, co-workers, supervisors. 4. Reliable transportation to get to work and respond to on-call emergencies. 5. Valid driver's license. 6. Ability to lift 25-50lbs regularly. As a Maintenance Technician, you play a vital role in our ability to meet these expectations. As the representative of our company to the residents, our Maintenance technicians maintain the physical condition of each property and daily work orders. Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to, general maintenance of all buildings, completing resident work orders, maintaining curb appeal, and preparing apartments for new move-ins.
