Full Job Description Maintenance Technician Pay Rate:
$23/hour

$100 paid out at 60/90/120 days to follow the same guidelines as the referral program We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment. Key Responsibilities Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and building systems. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Collaborate with other team members and departments to support operational needs. Order and maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and parts as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification preferred. Proven experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy objects. Valid driver's license may be required. Work Environment This position may require working in various environments including indoors and outdoors, and may involve exposure to noise, dust, and hazardous materials. The Maintenance Technician must adhere to all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
