Responsible for landscaping maintenance around the campus which would include but is not limited to

Mowing grass
Road grading
Spring/Fall cleanup
Snow plowing in the winter Performing maintenance tasks and repairs on equipment/buildings throughout the campus as needed Assist with building improvements/upgrades, minor construction, and equipment maintenance. Other duties as assigned Qualifications
Experience using landscaping equipment
Experience using construction equipment/tools
Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems
