Job Overview Northern Staffing Services is looking for an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join the team at a well-established premium chocolate manufacturer in Petoskey, MI . In this role, you'll help keep production equipment operating safely, efficiently, and reliably while playing an important part in the day-to-day success of the facility. Your Role You'll be responsible for helping maintain and improve production equipment, including: Troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues Repairing hydraulic and pneumatic systems Working with PLCs, HMIs, and VFDs Maintaining motors, sensors, conveyors, and other equipment Responding to equipment breakdowns and production needs Completing scheduled preventive maintenance Reading and using technical schematics Assisting with equipment installations and upgrades Recording repairs and maintenance work Supporting production and maintenance teams Assisting with facility and production line projects Following safety and food safety procedures What We're Looking For We're looking for someone with solid industrial maintenance experience who enjoys hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving .

Ideal candidates will have:
