Job:

Principle Responsibilities:
Perform preventive maintenance and repairs to docks (plates, levelers, shelters, etc.) and doors ensuring safe and operational. Troubleshoot/diagnosis equipment and accessories to determine malfunction and proper resolutions. Installation of doors including, pedestrian, high speed, glass, sectional, rolling, overhead or bay doors, etc. Run low voltage wiring and on occasion hardwire commercial operators or dock equipment to junction boxes. Provide exceptional, professional, and clear communication to customers during all field visits Maintains parts and supplies inventory in service truck. Drive to customer locations to perform duties outlined.
Education/Experience:
Experience working with docks and/or doors preferred but not required Ability and willingness to work at heights of up to 40' with proper use of safety equipment Able to utilize basic shop equipment and various hand tools a plus Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve a must Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills Highly motivated, well-organized, and quality focused Customer service driven Capable of using tablets to record service updates ooeBfVE9QD
