The ideal candidate will possess a diverse set of skills to perform various maintenance and repair tasks in residential and commercial settings. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently while ensuring high-quality workmanship. Responsibilities Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting work. Respond promptly to service requests from clients, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and quality service. Conduct routine inspections of premises to identify issues that require attention or repair. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times. Collaborate with other tradespeople as needed for larger projects or specialized repairs. Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job. Qualifications Proven experience as a maintenance person or in a similar role with a strong understanding of various maintenance techniques. Proficient in using hand and power tools safely and effectively. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently. Excellent communication skills to interact with clients professionally and courteously. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team when necessary. A valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory.
