1st•Weekends| Fri, Sat, Sun| 5AM-5:30PM ( Work 36 hours get paid for 40) Shift•2nd: Mon through Thur | Occasional OT on Fridays Position OverviewOur client, a precision manufacturer serving the medical industry, is seeking two skilled Maintenance Technicians to join their growing team. This company specializes in producing high precision medical components using CNC machining, EDM equipment, and other advanced manufacturing technologies. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining production equipment, performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, and supporting continuous production operations. ResponsibilitiesPerform scheduled preventive maintenance on CNC machines, EDM equipment, and other production machinery.

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation systems.

Respond quickly to machine breakdowns to minimize production downtime.

Assist with installation, setup, and relocation of manufacturing equipment.

Maintain accurate maintenance records and document completed repairs.

Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and preventive maintenance programs.

Perform light facility maintenance as needed.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe maintenance work area.

Support quality standards and company safety procedures.

Work with production and engineering teams to improve equipment performance.

QualificationsPrevious maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.

Experience troubleshooting CNC machining centers, EDM equipment, or similar automated manufacturing equipment preferred.

Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.

Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, sensors, and PLC controlled equipment is a plus.

Ability to read mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and technical manuals.

Basic computer skills for maintenance documentation.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Strong communication and problem solving skills.

Forklift experience is preferred.

Ability to lift up to 75 lbs., stand for extended periods, bend, climb ladders, and work throughout a manufacturing facility.
