Maintenance Technician Pay:
$30 - $35 per hour Shift Options Available 2nd Shift Monday through Thursday Weekend Day Shift Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 5:00 AM - 5:30 PM Work 36-40 hours and get paid for 40 hours Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance, repair, and reliability of manufacturing equipment and facility systems. This role is ideal for a hands-on technician with strong electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical troubleshooting experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems Document completed preventive maintenance activities in the maintenance database Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical equipment Perform minor repairs and assist with major equipment repairs as needed Evaluate equipment failures and recommend preventive measures to reduce future downtime Maintain cleanliness and organization within the maintenance area Perform light building maintenance as required Support quality management and continuous improvement initiatives Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders Respond to equipment breakdowns and maintenance-related issues in a timely manner Qualifications Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment Strong electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical troubleshooting skills Technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems Ability to maintain and follow preventive maintenance schedules Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong verbal and written communication skills Basic computer skills, including experience with Windows applications Forklift experience preferred Ability to read and follow work instructions Willingness to respond to emergency maintenance situations as needed, including after-hours, holiday, or weekend support Ability to occasionally lift up to 75 pounds Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and climb ladders for extended periods Preferred Experience Manufacturing maintenance Electrical systems and controls Hydraulics and pneumatics Mechanical equipment repair Preventive maintenance programs Industrial troubleshooting Facility maintenance Benefits Competitive pay of $30-$35 per hour Multiple shift options available Weekend shift employees work 36-40 hours and are paid for 40 hours Stable manufacturing environment Long-term career growth opportunities Apply today to join a growing team of skilled maintenance professionals.
