Position Overview We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Maintenance Technician with strong technical skills in industrial laser equipment, PLCs, robotics, and automated manufacturing systems . This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining sophisticated production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is a strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooter who is comfortable working directly with laser systems, PLC-controlled equipment, industrial robots, automation, and 480V electrical systems. Primary Responsibilities Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial laser cutting and laser-processing equipment . Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and controls-related problems on automated manufacturing equipment. Troubleshoot and modify PLCs , including diagnosing faults through ladder logic, inputs/outputs, sensors, switches, and communication systems. Work with industrial robotics , including robot faults, controls, sensors, safety circuits, and peripheral equipment. Troubleshoot integrated cells incorporating lasers, PLCs, robotics, conveyors, sensors, and material-handling equipment . Perform electrical troubleshooting on industrial equipment and control systems up to 480V . Diagnose and repair motors, drives, VFDs, relays, contactors, switches, servos, and related electrical components.
