Overview We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team on 2nd shift. This position is responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing manufacturing equipment and facility systems to support safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operations.

4-Day Workweek | Monday-Thursday | 3:30 PM-2:00
AM Overtime:
As needed Duties Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems. Accurately document preventive maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment conditions in the maintenance database. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and equipment-related issues to identify root causes and restore equipment to operation. Perform minor equipment repairs and assist with major repairs as needed. Evaluate repairs for future preventive measures. Respond to equipment breakdowns and production-related maintenance needs in a timely manner to minimize downtime. Perform light building maintenance as required. Maintain the Maintenance Room, tools, parts, and work areas in a clean, safe, and organized condition. Experience Hands-on maintenance and troubleshooting experience with a combination of injection molding equipment, electrical systems, pneumatic systems, 3-axis and 5-axis robotics, furnaces, CNC equipment, and WEDM equipment. Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automated equipment problems in a manufacturing environment. Ability to read, understand, and follow written work instructions, procedures, and safety requirements. Ability to perform, document, and maintain preventive maintenance activities according to established schedules. Ability and willingness to work independently with minimal supervision while effectively managing assigned priorities. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Windows-based applications and maintenance-related software. Ability to safely operate a forklift in accordance with company procedures and applicable safety requirements. Ability and willingness to respond to equipment or facility emergencies as required, including after-hours, weekend, and holiday response. Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position, including prolonged standing, bending, reaching, climbing ladders, and working in and around manufacturing equipment and occasionally lift and carry up to 75 lbs. while performing maintenance duties.
