Guaranteed, predictable hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM No more chasing leads: Enjoy a steady, year-round workload at a single property Long-term stability: We are looking for someone who wants a permanent home to build their career What You'll Do Hang, adjust, and repair interior/exterior doors, locks, and closers Patch, texture, and repair drywall; perform unit touch‑up painting Replace outlets, switches, and fixtures; troubleshoot basic electrical issues Repair/replace faucets, toilets, garbage disposals, and minor waterlines Replace/repair window screens and blinds Change HVAC filters, check thermostats, and perform basic heating/cooling troubleshooting Assist with snow removal (shoveling/plowing support) and exterior upkeep Complete and document daily work orders and coordinate with outside vendors as needed Requirements Proven experience in general maintenance, construction, or as an independent subcontractor Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Ability to manage time effectively and take pride in quality workmanship
