WHAT YOU'LL DO
As our Window & Door Field Service Technician , you'll diagnose and repair window and door issues at customer homes and on job sites while delivering exceptional customer service. You'll troubleshoot problems, implement solutions, and help ensure every project meets our standards for quality and craftsmanship.
THE NITTY GRITTY
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair warranty and non-warranty window and door issues at customer homes and job sites Asses field conditions, determine appropriate solutions, and gather information needed to order replacement parts Accurately document service findings and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective issue resolution Maintain and safeguard company issued assets, including service vehicles, tools, and equipment Follow established safety standards while maintaining a safe and professional work environment at all customer locations
WHAT YOU NEED
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent, required 3-5 years of construction, remodeling, or home improvement experience preferred; window and door knowledge is a plus Working knowledge of construction and installation practices, preferred Ability to safely operate a service vehicle, power tools, and jobsite equipment Basic computer skills and the ability to accurately document service activities

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This field-based role requires traveling to customer homes and job sites to diagnose and repair window and door products. This position involves working independently in both indoor and outdoor environments while regularly interacting with homeowners, builders, contractors, and internal team members.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This role requires the ability to frequently lift and carry materials and equipment, climb ladders, operate hand and power tools, and work in physically demanding environments that includes standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. Occasional weekend work may be required based on business needs.
