Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
  • Previous maintenance and/or mechanical experience preferred. Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, robots, plc's, and plumbing/pipefitting are a plus. We will train the right entry-level person who displays mechanical appitiude who is willing to learn and grow.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting and repairing equipment and machinery.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure optimal functioning of equipment.
  • Inspect and test machinery and equipment to identify any potential issues or malfunctions.
  • Collaborate with other team members to diagnose and resolve maintenance problems.
  • Fabricate and install parts as needed to repair or improve equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance tasks.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician leader or similar role in an industrial setting. We will train the right entry-level person who displays mechanical appitiude who is willing to learn and grow.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial maintenance practices and procedures.
  • Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments for accurate repairs.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Experience working with high voltage systems is preferred.
  • Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Candidates must be flexible in shift assignments and willing to work overtime, including weekends.
Ability to lead a team and work independently or as part of a team.
