Schedule:

Monday - Friday 8 AM to 5 PM day shift hours. On call rotation is 1 week every 5 weeks to give you a great work life balance!

Full Time - Year Round work. No layoffs and overtime potential available!

What we are offering:

Pay is negotiable based on experience and certifications Yearly raises based on performance Quarterly maintenance bonus structure, up to $3,000.00 Per Year! On-Call Bonus, $100.00 a week when on-call. Min 1.5 hours of pay for any call 401k planning and pre-tax contributions including a 3% matching component. Qualifications :

1 + years' experience in apartment maintenance or equivalent (we can train you!) Dry walling including painting and carpentry Knowledge of plumbing Knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures Able to repair and/or diagnose appliances including refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers and garbage disposals Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
