NOW HIRING- 1st shift Maintenance Technician Monday- Friday, Occasional weekend hours if needed. $16/hr. to start with an increase upon permanent hire! Temp to Hire, long-term position! Background check and drug screen required, we test for THC. Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in facilities maintenance and be proficient in various technical skills, including electrical work, welding, and mechanical knowledge. This role requires a proactive approach to maintaining equipment and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. The Maintenance Technician will play a crucial role in troubleshooting issues, performing repairs, and enhancing the overall functionality of our systems. Responsibilities Carry out routine maintenance and troubleshooting issues with electrical and mechanical systems. Install, repair, inspect electrical components and wiring. Operate welding, drilling, milling equipment as required. Maintain secondary equipment in accordance with manufacturer specifications. Experience 1-2 years of experience in plastic injection molding. Basic mechanical and electrical repair skills. HS diploma or equivalent.
