Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Sterling Heights. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities in a timely and efficient manner. Duties may include plumbing, electrical work, HVAC maintenance, carpentry, and other tasks as needed. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment and facilities Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues Conduct preventative maintenance on HVAC systems Assist with building renovations and construction projects Maintain accurate records of maintenance work performed

Qualifications:
