Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing various equipment and systems within our facility. This role requires a strong technical background, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Maintenance Technician will ensure that all machinery operates efficiently and safely, contributing to the overall productivity of the organization. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings to diagnose issues effectively. Utilize logic controllers for troubleshooting automated systems. Fabricate components as necessary to support repairs or modifications. Conduct inspections of equipment to identify potential issues before they become major problems. Collaborate with other technicians and departments to coordinate maintenance activities. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used. Adhere to safety protocols while working with high voltage and low voltage systems. Qualifications Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role within an industrial setting. Strong knowledge of hydraulics, industrial mechanics, and electrical systems. Familiarity with technical sales concepts is a plus. Proficient in using ammeters and other diagnostic tools for troubleshooting. Ability to read schematics and technical documentation accurately. Experience with industrial electricians' tasks is preferred. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. Willingness to learn new technologies and techniques related to maintenance operations. $24.00 - $29.00 per hour
