The ideal candidate will have a passion for craftsmanship, customer service, and critical thinking with the ability to create high-quality signage that exceeds customer expectations. This role involves working with various materials and techniques to produce signs that are both functional and visually appealing. The Sign & Graphics Specialist will play a crucial role in enhancing brand visibility for our clients through creating innovative sign solutions. Responsibilities Design, fabricate, and vend a variety of signs, including banners, vehicle graphics, interior and exterior signage. Operate tools and equipment such as plotter, latex printer, laminator, and substrate cutter to produce signage. Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide expert recommendations on materials and designs. Install signs at client locations while ensuring compliance with safety standards. Maintain an organized workspace and adhere to company policies regarding safety and quality control. Answer phone calls and take in customer information. Ability and willingness to learn new things to grow within the company. Requirements Proven experience in sign making and vinyl graphics is preferred. Experience operating large format printer, laminator, and plotter. Proficiency in using design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Cutmaster is required. Familiarity with various sign-making materials including vinyl, wood, metal, and acrylic. Experience installing vinyl on substrates is highly desirable Experience or strong desire to learn how to produce and install vehicle graphics and wraps is desirable. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods during installation tasks. A valid driver's license may be required for travel to installation sites.
