You will receive hands-on training from an experienced Maintenance Manager and have the opportunity to grow your technical skills while helping build the maintenance department as the company continues to expand. We are seeking a motivated, mechanically inclined Entry-Level Maintenance Technician who is eager to learn and build a career in industrial maintenance. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, solving mechanical problems, and wants to grow with a company that is building its maintenance department from the ground up. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will work alongside a small maintenance team (2-4 people) and receive hands-on training in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and facility repairs. The ideal candidate is dependable, flexible, works well with others, and has a strong desire to learn. Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the maintenance/repair of production equipment and facility systems.
• Learn preventive maintenance procedures and help complete scheduled maintenance tasks.
• Support troubleshooting of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment under the guidance of the Maintenance Manager.
• Perform basic repairs, equipment inspections, and general maintenance duties.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist with equipment installations, facility improvements, and special maintenance projects.
• Properly use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
• Accurately complete work orders and maintenance documentation.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

• At least 1 year of maintenance experience.
• Previous experience using hand tools, power tools, automotive repair, construction, maintenance, or similar mechanical work is preferred but not required.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
• Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to follow directions while also taking initiative.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work including bending, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
