2nd Shift Direct Hire Opportunity Manpower is recruiting an experienced Maintenance Technician for a direct hire opportunity with a manufacturing company. What You'll Do Troubleshoot and repair electrical, electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical equipment Perform preventative maintenance throughout the facility Diagnose equipment and mechanical issues in a timely and effective manner Safely operate plant maintenance and repair tools Perform basic welding and cutting as needed Read technical drawings and prints Complete maintenance paperwork and reports accurately Communicate equipment and process issues with supervisors and maintenance team members Maintain a safe and organized work environment Assist with additional plant operations as needed What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills Experience troubleshooting hydraulic and pneumatic systems Basic to advanced electrical and electronic troubleshooting experience Basic welding and cutting experience Ability to read technical drawings and prints Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Ability to work effectively under pressure Team-oriented with strong communication skills Benefits Benefits are available the first of the month following 30 days of employment and include: 2 weeks of vacation, prorated based on full months worked during the current year 401(k) company match: 100% match on contributions up to 3%, plus a 50% match on the next 2% Quarterlybonus opportunity $50 monthly mobile phone allowance , paid as $23.08 per biweekly payroll and not taxed Additional employer-sponsored benefits based on eligibility If you're an experienced Maintenance Technician looking to make your next move into a direct hire position with competitive pay, benefits, and bonus potential , apply today with Manpower.
