Associate CNC Maintenance Technician Webberville Afternoon & Night Shift $32 - 40 per hour $2 shift differential for off shift Position Summary Kickstart your career! Resource MFG is hiring an Associate Maintenance Technician. Perfect for recent graduates or entry-level talent in industrial maintenance, mechatronics, or electrical programs. You will train alongside senior techs to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain high-volume CNC machine tools, electrical controls, and mechanical systems. What You Will Do & Learn Assist with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs. Troubleshoot Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls and Allen Bradley PLCs. Read electrical schematics, blueprints, and ladder logic diagrams. Perform preventive maintenance and respond to machine breakdowns. Support safety, LOTO protocols, and equipment installation projects. Qualifications Degree/certificate in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or equivalent trade school. Strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and basic electrical knowledge. Own standard maintenance hand tools. Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand, bend, and work safely around industrial machinery. Must follow OSHA rules and wear required PPE.
