Our perfect candidate would be someone with at least one year of previous property maintenance experience. You would be responsible for all aspects of the overall maintenance and upkeep of the community including; apartment turns, plumbing, grounds upkeep, electrical, drywall, painting, completion of service requests, maintaining inventory and general repairs. This is a full time position with some on-call responsibilities and requires someone who is reliable, honest and hard-working.
