The ideal candidate has strong mechanical maintenance skills, experience programming PLC ladder logic, and working knowledge of industrial vision systems, FANUC robots, and Universal Robots (UR) collaborative robots. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain automated manufacturing equipment, controls, sensors, motors, drives, pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical systems. Diagnose PLC-controlled equipment and create, modify, and troubleshoot ladder logic programs. Set up, calibrate, troubleshoot, and optimize industrial vision systems used for inspection, measurement, and part verification. Teach, troubleshoot, and support FANUC industrial robots and Universal Robots (UR) collaborative robot applications. Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability. Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, manuals, and control documentation. Identify root causes of recurring failures and implement corrective actions. Document repairs, program changes, preventive maintenance work, and spare-parts usage in the maintenance system. Partner with production, engineering, and quality teams during equipment launches, changeovers, and process improvements. Follow lockout/tagout procedures and all plant safety, and quality requirements. Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED; technical certificate, apprenticeship, or associate degree in industrial maintenance, mechatronics, or a related field is preferred. Previous industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience troubleshooting and programming PLC ladder logic. Experience with industrial vision systems and automated inspection equipment. Working knowledge of FANUC robots and Universal Robots (UR), including basic programming, teaching, recovery, and fault diagnosis.
