North American Operations Position Purpose:
Maintain and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems for an Integrated Facilities Management Company within the scope of work to support the customer.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrates the values and business principles of Leadec.
  • Works safely at all times.
  • Installing, Maintaining and Repairing Mechanical, Hydraulic & Pneumatic systems and equipment.
  • Perform routine maintenance on facilities management equipment based upon scope of work outlined by the client.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance logs and reports for all equipment and fixtures.
  • Collaborate with Management to ensure equipment meets operational requirements.
  • Assist in the installation of new and existing equipment.
  • Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Adhering to and supporting all EHS and Quality objectives, in accordance with ISO 14001, 45001 and 9001 respectively.
  • All other duties as assigned by Leadec manager.

  • Communication Skills - Ability to communicate with all levels of Leadec and customer employees.

  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Position Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Technical degrees in a related field are preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in Industrial Mechanical Maintenance.
  • Proven experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in Facilities Management.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. Plumbing experience Pipefitting
  • Proficiency in various hand and power tools.
  • Participating in development of Standardized Maintenance practices.
  • Flexible work tasks and schedule to include nights, weekends and on-call after hours to respond to emergency and non-emergency calls.
  • Work as part of team as an Essential Worker.
  • Computer skills and working Knowledge of iPad and Work Orders.
  • Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is preferred.
Physical Requirements:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the key actions of the job:
  • Required to talk and/or hear in an industrial setting (noise level is moderate). Frequently required to stand and walk on concrete surfaces for 4 -12 hours. Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms; lift; stoop, or crouch.
  • Vision requirements: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and focus adjustment.
  • Work is performed in an industrial-manufacturing environment with occasional time spent working on a computer or at a desk.
