Maintenance Tech!!! Vitality Living of Aitkin is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of job tasks in the physical building and on the facility grounds.

Proffered Qualifications:

1 year of maintenance experience Can work independently Typical job duties may involve but are not limited to: Performs minor repair of all building, plant operations systems and equipment. Repair and maintenance to resident furniture or equipment. Performs preventative maintenance procedures on building mechanical equipment on a scheduled basis, nursing lift equipment, alarms, etc. Participates in the maintenance of safety alarm systems throughout the community. Coordinate major maintenance and repair with licensed contractors. Transport residents to & from local appointment when needed. Communication on walkie talkies.
