Education Requirements High school diploma or GED required. 1st class boiler's license. Experience Requirements 3+ years of maintenance experience. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Excellent interpersonal skills. Demonstrated knowledge of shop math. Knowledge of High-Pressure Boiler Systems. Knowledge of HVAC Systems. Preferred Qualifications Electrician's license. Job Duties Monitor and operate industrial boilers, utility systems, and facility equipment in compliance with state regulations, maintaining continuous operations in a 24/7 manufacturing environment through fixed or rotating shift coverage. Conduct routine inspections of mechanical rooms, air handling systems, and production equipment, performing equipment rounds and identifying maintenance or operational issues to minimize downtime and support facility reliability. Perform preventive, predictive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on building systems, facility infrastructure, and manufacturing equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operations. Complete general facility maintenance and building repairs, including doors, walls, floors, ceilings, and other structural components, while maintaining an organized inventory of maintenance supplies, tools, and parts. Support the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs), equipment history records, and maintenance programs, leveraging GMP and non-GMP documentation to improve equipment performance and reduce mechanical failures. Maintain compliance with all safety, quality assurance, regulatory, and operational standards, participate in after-hours emergency response as needed, accurately document maintenance activities, and perform additional duties assigned to support facility operations.
