About the
Role:
As a Maintenance Technician at Contech, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the continuous operation of our manufacturing equipment.
Your responsibilities include:
Providing technical expertise to troubleshoot, repair, and install all plant equipment. Accountable for Total Predictive Maintenance (TPM) process. Educates, directs, and supports employees in reference to TPM and equipment repair compliance and is responsible for maintenance budget. Identifying cost-effective solutions for replacing obsolete components. Adjusts repairs or replaces parts, assemblies, and machine equipment. Reads and interprets blueprints for repair and installation of equipment.
About You:
We Require:
High School Diploma or GED Demonstrates understanding of mechanical/electrical problems and fixes. Good organizational skills. Experience with manufacturing equipment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrates ability to read and understand blueprints. Good root cause problem solving skills. How to
