The ideal candidate is a reliable self-starter with broad trade knowledge — plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general carpentry — who takes pride in delivering quality work and a great resident experience. Responsibilities Respond to and complete maintenance work orders in a timely manner, ensuring high-quality repairs across all property types Assist with unit turns, including repairs, painting, and property readiness between residents Troubleshoot and resolve issues across multiple trades including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry Communicate professionally with residents and coordinate with the maintenance team through
