• Maintenance Technician - Injection Molding
• $30-$37/hr | Day Shift | Minimal On-Call
• We're seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician with injection molding experience to support over 60 plastic injection molding presses and related production equipment. This is a hands-on role focused on troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
• What You'll Do
• + Troubleshoot and repair injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment.

+ Diagnose electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical issues.

+ Work with 3-phase electrical systems, motors, controls, and PLC-operated equipment.

+ Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and improve reliability.

+ Read schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to complete repairs.

+ Support facility systems, including HVAC and building equipment.

+ Partner with production teams to keep equipment running safely and efficiently.

• What We're Looking For
• + Injection molding maintenance experience required. + 3+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience. + Strong skills in electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and/or PLC troubleshooting. + Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics. + Self-motivated technician with strong problem-solving skills.

• The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $76960.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Insurance coverage, medical, tools provided and not required, minimal to zero on call
