We are dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences through quality service and well-maintained facilities. Overview We are seeking a proactive and skilled entry level Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a variety of mechanical, HVAC, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment to ensure our property operates smoothly and efficiently. Your expertise will help create a safe, comfortable environment for our guests and staff while supporting the overall excellence of our resort. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on HVAC systems, refrigeration units, kitchen equipment, and mechanical systems to ensure optimal operation. Troubleshoot and resolve appliance issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools. Conduct appliance installation and mechanical systems repair with precision and attention to safety standards. Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities in accordance with operational procedures. Assist with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) tasks across various departments to support daily functions. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management to minimize downtime and disruptions. Experience Proven experience as a service technician or maintenance technician with a strong background in appliance repair, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration, or mechanical systems repair. Knowledge of schematics, technical manuals, and HVAC & appliance technology is essential. Experience with kitchen equipment maintenance, appliance installation, and equipment repair is highly desirable. Construction experience or familiarity with mechanical systems repair will be considered an asset. Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests. Leadership qualities that enable effective teamwork and problem-solving in fast-paced environments. This position is on your feet all day with ability to lift 50+lbs Clean driving record a plus but not necessary. Must have reliable transportation.
