We are seeking a skilled Installer with hands-on experience installing granite, quartz, and other stone surfaces. This role is responsible for performing countertop installations in commercial and residential settings. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and committed to delivering exceptional craftsmanship and customer service. What You Will Do Install granite, quartz, and other stone countertops in residential and commercial settings Load, transport, and unload stone products safely and efficiently Read and interpret drawings, layouts, installation details, and measurements Ensure countertops are installed accurately, level, and properly secured Perform countertop seams, final adjustments, and touch-ups to achieve a high-quality finished product Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, and project teams on job sites Troubleshoot installation challenges and resolve issues in the field Perform stone repairs and warranty work as needed Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects on schedule What We Are Looking For Experience installing granite, quartz, and other stone surfaces Strong knowledge of countertop installation techniques, materials, and tools Ability to read drawings, layouts, and measurements accurately Experience working safely with heavy materials and material-handling equipment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship Ability to problem-solve and adapt to varying job-site conditions Customer-focused attitude and strong communication skills Reliable team player with a safety-first mindset Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred Forklift certification or experience operating material-handling equipment is a plus Ability to regularly lift and maneuver heavy stone products Fabrication experience not required but would be a bonus Why You'll Love It Here Competitive pay based on experience Opportunities to grow, learn, and master new techniques A supportive team that values craftsmanship and takes pride in its work Medical insurance, PTO, 401(k), and other benefits
