Friday Shift Schedule:

3:30 AM - 9:12 AM Approximately 40 Hours Per Week Consistent Early Morning Schedule Weekend Availability Required Must Be Available to Work a Consistent 7-Day Schedule Finish Early and Enjoy the Rest of Your Day What You'll Do Operate floor scrubbers, buffers, extractors, and other floor care equipment Clean and maintain hard floor surfaces through scrubbing, buffing, and routine maintenance Vacuum, shampoo, bonnet, and extract carpeted areas Perform restroom and general cleaning duties as needed Follow safety procedures and cleaning standards Inspect equipment and report maintenance needs Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment Complete assigned cleaning projects independently and efficiently Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Reliable transportation required Ability to lift up to 45 pounds Ability to push and pull cleaning equipment Strong attendance and reliability Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Previous janitorial, floor care, custodial, housekeeping, or cleaning experience is helpful but not required Training Provided Carlson provides hands-on training and support to help you succeed and build a long-term career.
