These positions are critical to supporting plant operations through equipment troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement efforts across a fast-paced production environment. Shift:

2nd Shift Maintenance Technician Rotating 12-Hour Shift Maintenance Technician - 6 AM - 6 PM Rotating schedule example: 3-on / 2-off / 2-on rotation with alternating 36-hour and 48-hour work weeks. Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair production equipment including pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems Perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections to minimize downtime Diagnose issues with motors, pumps, cylinders, conveyors, and production systems Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on uptime, reliability, and efficiency Maintain and repair hydraulic and pneumatic-driven systems and controls Perform welding, fabrication, machining, and general maintenance work as needed Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders within the CMMS system Partner closely with production, quality, and operations teams to support plant performance Follow all food safety, GMP, USDA, and safety procedures within the facility Qualifications 1-3 years of maintenance experience within manufacturing, industrial, or production environments Strong troubleshooting experience with pneumatic, hydraulic, electro-mechanical, and mechanical systems Ability to repair and maintain motors, conveyors, pumps, and related production equipment Experience reading electrical schematics and using diagnostic tools Welding and fabrication experience is a plus Food manufacturing experience strongly preferred Technical degree or industrial maintenance training preferred Strongmunication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented manufacturing environment Additional Role Details 100% onsite manufacturing environment Company-provided uniforms and tools Steel-toe boot reimbursement after 60 days Overtime opportunities available Strong leadership team focused on improving maintenance operations and building long-term stability USDA-regulated environment requiring pre-employment drug screening, including THC testing Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) withpany contribution PTO and paid holidays Uniforms and tools provided Long-term advancement opportunities within maintenance and operations Be the first to learn about future positions by joining our and following us on .
