Onsite Pay:

$28-$32/hr+ based on experience | $1/hr night differential We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Mechanic to keep food-processing and packaging equipment running during a high-volume seasonal production cycle.

Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot, repair, rebuild, and maintain processing, packaging, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, and other equipment. Replace and adjust bearings, belts, chains, sprockets, shafts, seals, and drives. Perform preventive maintenance, equipment installations, and seasonal overhauls. Weld, fabricate, modify, and install equipment components as needed. Read mechanical drawings, blueprints, manuals, and parts diagrams. Follow LOTO, machine guarding, food-safety, GMP, and other safety requirements.

Qualifications:

Hands-on mechanical repair or maintenance experience. Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills. Experience with hand/power tools and mechanical equipment. Industrial maintenance, millwright, automotive, heavy equipment, fabrication, or production experience preferred. Welding/fabrication and conveyor, hydraulic, pneumatic, or gearbox experience is a plus. Must be available for 12-hour day/night shifts during pack season and a 4x10 schedule during the off-season .
