Maintenance Technician Job Description A family-owned machine shop is seeking a skilled CNC Maintenance Technician to maintain and troubleshoot CNC machining equipment in the shop. Responsibilities Conduct maintenance on CNC equipment, including lathes, mills, and Haas machines. Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, and interpret blueprints and schematics. Assist with general facilities tasks as needed, including painting, carpentry, and light maintenance. Execute preventive maintenance duties and provide customer service as required. Essential Skills Experience in CNC maintenance and repair. Proficiency in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting. Ability to interpret blueprints and schematics. 2+ years of experience maintaining CNC machines. Additional Skills & Qualifications General carpentry, painting, drywall, plumbing, and HVAC experience is a plus. Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $93600.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
